Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will have the opportunity to help shape our global recruiting strategy while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. If you're hungry for a good opportunity, please apply anyway!As our Recruiter, you'll be responsible for: Owning and managing the full lifecycle recruiting process for various departments, including our Go To Market teams, Product, Design and Engineering.Working directly with hiring managers to optimize the recruiting process across a variety of roles/teams.Assisting with the execution of Employment Brand programs.Involvement in the development, implementation, and iteration of scalable recruiting programs and processes.Helping to develop creative and proactive solutions where metrics are not meeting benchmarks.Educating hiring managers on talent acquisition within a variety of markets.Staying current on geographic market trends or patterns that have potential impact on recruiting.So what kind of person are we looking for in this role?
