Job Descriptionlastminute.Com is looking for a Business and Market Specialist to join the Dynamic Packages Team in the Marketplace Area, in order to drive flight+hotel sales and enhance funnel performance from search to check-out, focusing on funnel conversion rate, product offering, and market knowledge.
Working closely with Customer Acquisition Channels (Performance and non-Performance Marketing) and Supply Teams, the specialist will contribute to deliver market leading holiday offering and get to the ideal product optimisation in the booking funnel.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and funnel analysis, identifying and investigating bugs and improvements to reduce bounce rate and increase conversion.Dynamic packages offer analysis to deliver market leading holiday offers.Supply/content optimisation to drive conversion and breadth of offering, working closely with the supply teams to improve hotel and flights inventory.Competitors and market intelligence to identify gaps and opportunities.Continuous A/B testing, including giving inputs on A/B tests to run.Optimisation of core selling points, e.g.
'Travel Extra Pack' offering and deferred.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in relevant fields, e.g.
business, marketing, communications.Accommodation and air supply experience.Good understanding of packages revenue streams.Strong analytical and Excel skills are a must.Native language and English are a must; any additional foreign language is a great plus.Great communication and collaboration skills.
