.Develop and implement the activities regarding the guidelines in the field of Health and Safety for TOLSA in Spain.FUNCTIONS Be in charge of the H&S management system and programs in Tolsa Spain.Manage all HS instructions and audits, lead and implement the preventive action plan and corrective actions. Assure legal inspections regarding HS: Risk assessment, emergency plan, HS training and information, drills, etc. Ensure HS measures fulfil normative applicable. Lead and actively assist in both internal and external audits and local legal requirements.Coordinate with the external consultant and the medical service. Execute the local health and safety plan, health, and safety implementation projects. Implement corporate instructions and procedures locally.Perform regular visits to the plant to identify actions for improvement, potential hazards and verify all HS requirements are maintained. Perform regular conversations and meetings with other departments to maintain HS culture and ensure all HS protocols and standards are followed. Act like a key leader for health and safety and promote engagement among employees.Assure comprehensive activities related to information, awareness campaigns, training, sanctions, and recognition policies, etc., to foster the H&S culture across Tolsa Spain. Propose and implement measures for continuous improvement of indicators and general situation of H&S across Tolsa Spain.Develop and implement accident's reduction programs. Perform RCA for accidents and incidents that may occur. Identify all causes and prepare action plan to prevent accidents and incidents. This implies interviewing witnesses, collaboration with other departments to be able to reconstruct the accident.Perform specific risks assessments: ergonomics, HAZOP, industrial safety, chemical risks assessments among others to control risks in the plant in all areas. Monitor all external contractors' activities and risks assessments.Collect and analyse KPIs related to local H&S: exposition of workers, risks assessment and mitigation, etc. Propose and implement measures for continuous improvement of indicators of the local situation of H&S. Prepare periodically and comprehensive reports on the HS performance.General Education / Technical Skills: Master in H&S ("Master PRL" en español) is a must. Engineer Degree in technical disciplines. Alternatively, science bachelor (Chemistry, Physics,...). Environmental and Quality training are valuable. Internal auditor training knowledge as well.Professional experience: More than 5 years in H&S departments of industrial companies. Cooperation in Integrated Management System and experience in audits. Working in mineral industries is very valuable.Personal Competences: We are looking for a rigorous, resilient, assertive and tireless person to lead the H&S issues in the company.Languages: Spanish and fluent English (B2+)
