We understand the importance of numbers in business yet never treat people we work with or value our achievements in a numerical system.TasksYour responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment Consultant (Senior, depending on your level of experience) will be:Analyzing the clients' needs and establishing a profile and search plan to respond to it.Developing new sourcing channels.Advertising open vacancies.Participating in the online marketing strategy and company visibility & positioning.Leading & being part of Ad-hoc projects.You will also be in charge of maintaining and developing your Clients portfolio:Identifying leads and developing new clients' partnerships.Managing clients account with weekly & daily communication.Being the SPOC of your Client within Blu Selection.Developing and maintaining a good and close relationship with your Clients.As a senior recruitment consultant (depending on your level of experience), you will step by step handle the management of one or two interns.Your responsibilities will be:Managing by example.Recruiting & training newcomers.Ensuring the performance of your own perimeters.Following up & creating a career plan for your team.Requirements:Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:A full proficient level of English + fluency in French, Dutch, or German is considered a plus.Being creative, adaptable, and proactive.Previous experience in a B2B environment.Having previous experience in recruitment is a plus.Being a Team player.Enjoying being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace.Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.Being already (or about to settle) in Barcelona.Benefits:What's in it for you?Type of Contract: a permanent contract (after a 3-month probation period).Working Hours: 39h per week.Office Location: City center of Barcelona.Salary Conditions: Salary based on your level of experience, with an uncapped monthly bonus on results.Extra Perks: Trimester Team incentives on results, Monthly Team building event, Monthly Breakfast, Trimester Team Training, Creative & Proactive environment.Starting date: as soon as possible.
