ADP is hiring a Senior Director - ESI Pricing. Senior Director (ESI Pricing) will report directly to the Senior Director (DSO - Global Contracting/Pricing) with an equally strong dotted line to the CFO - ESI and will be a key member of the ESI Financial Leadership Team. In this position, you'll leverage your financial planning, project management and leadership expertise to assist the Senior Director (DSO - Global Contracting/Pricing) in establishing the direction of daily activities, ensuring efficient operations, and creating an overall productive and enjoyable working environment for employees. The Senior Director (ESI Pricing) within the Deal Support Organization (DSO) will have responsibility for the below functional group in addition to the Responsibilities listed below.

RESPONSIBILITIESLead and direct the pricing activities within ADP's global and International product spaceTrack and review win rates, losses, and market conditions to make recommendations for market adjustments and/or product promotionsLead ESI Pricing Committee meetingsWork across ESI BUs to align pricing structures and approval processes in line with the Global OTC strategyIdentify opportunities for product expansion in new areasEnhanced understanding and implementation of stakeholders' strategic goalsOversee daily activities of the team to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goalsOversee the use of standard process workflows by teamFunction as a consultant and business partner to other groups within ADP, to include CFOs, BU Presidents and Sales LeadersTrain and mentor team members, identifying development needs within the team, working with Senior Director (DSO - Global Contracting/Pricing) to coordinate additional training as neededTrack various productivity and performance standards to ensure that established levels are achieved, especially during critical activity periodsManage escalated issues and provide directionCollaborate with peers to establish best practicesAnalyze team statistics and prepare reports for the Senior Director (DSO - Global Contracting/Pricing)Evaluate associates on performance and complete annual performance appraisalsWork in collaboration with associates to establish Individual Development PlansParticipate and lead strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other functions and business unitsQUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDBachelor's degree is requiredExperience in Client/Customer Service environment, with the ability to build and develop highly motivated and engaged teamsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAt least 5 years of pricing/financial analysis experienceAt least 5 years of people leadership experienceComfortable working in a collaborative leadership environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in business administration, Accounting or FinanceCPA/CASenior financial leadership experienceAble to show proven results and successIn-depth knowledge of ADP policies and proceduresA strategic thinker with exceptional financial acumenAbility to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writingExcellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service, and problem-solving skillsAbility to execute with quality and meet deadlines while experiencing frequent interruptionsAbility to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving resultsAbility to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of managementAbility to assess team members' performance and provide motivational supportAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong internal client relationship building skillsAbility to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate levelProficient using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointDiversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve.
