Job Title: Project Industrial Data ManagementLocation: MadridDuration: PermanentPurpose of the Job: The Project Industrial Data Engineer is responsible for the following at the project level:Ensure that the industrial Master Data is well implemented in the different systems (ERP, SES).Support the implementation of new systems and their updates.Organization Structure: Maintenance Engineering, Services SPAIN PortugalOrganizational Reporting: Reports directly to the Industrialisation Management and Maintenance Engineering ManagerTeam: 0 direct reportsNetwork and Links:Internal:Process / Manufacturing/Maintenance engineersIndustrial teamSourcing, Supply chain, Industrial QualityERP, IST teamsResponsibilities:New Information Set-up:Key User for Industrial Information System Tools: ERP, SES.Perform tests before implementation or update.Ensure data migration and pilot data rework.Train users.Participate in the Key Users network.Industrialization:Define data work plan.Interface with Project Industrialisation for BOM requirements.Pilot the implementation of the following data in the systems: M-BoM, P-BoM, Routings, Work Centers, Tooling.Ensure the consistency of data between different systems.Manage impacts of engineering and process changes in the systems.Ensure accuracy of P-BoMs and perform audits.Build and maintain up-to-date Industrial ERP data, including Bill of Material, Process routings, Configuration Management data.Build and update maintenance strategy and development of maintenance plan, task list and Service Order configuration.Continuously improve and correct data in the system based on audits and field experience.KPI:Accuracy of the BoM, Material Master Data, and Routings.Issue resolution response time.Educational Requirements:Technical education.
Industrial Engineer.English read, written, spoken.Desired Knowledge / Experience:Manufacturing Engineering background with 5 years' experience, preferably in railway services.Basic knowledge of Engineering design and Supply Chain.Strong experience working with an ERP (SAP is a must) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration management.Familiar with IS common tools.Behavioural Competencies:Conscientious.
