We are seeking a brilliant Senior Product Owner who will take the leadership of an outstanding software product from discovery through to delivery and go to market. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will take full ownership of your software product, engaging stakeholders as you identify user needs and market opportunities, track outcomes and product performance, collaborate across business areas, and manage a cross-functional team. The Software Products area has the widest reach: everything you build will be used by thousands of people in dozens of countries.
ResponsibilitiesHave full ownership as Product Owner in one of our major software products.Drive discovery and scoping efforts to translate requirements into a roadmap and execution plan using Agile development methodologies. This includes defining and prioritising features, working with product designers and engineers to explore the best way to turn those into a great customer experience, writing specifications and user stories, executing with the scrum team and analysing the outcomes of your work using data for continuous improvement of user and business outcomes.Partnering with Sales to understand product positioning and impacts to pipeline development, win rate and average order value.Act as owner and champion to collaborate with prospects, clients, Product, UX/Design, Data Analytics, Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing, Finance and Legal organisations on product strategy, product positioning, pricing, profitability, sales enablement and go-to-market strategy.Develop a world-class sensing approach to continuously identify customer, competitor, technology, business model and market trends to discover market gaps, translating all of these findings into marketable solutions that meet client needs and drive top line growth for the company.Leverage techniques such as personas, stakeholder maps, customer journey maps, customer lifecycle maps, and user story mapping to develop and refine new products.RequirementsMust haveYou can do Product brilliantly: you may have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in product management, business, computer engineering or related field, or you may have acquired your brilliant Product skills through an alternative path.Senior Product Management experience on a Digital, SaaS or hardware product organisation, delivering consumer-facing products for B2C and/or B2B customers.Experience with agile software development methodologies in close partnership with design and engineering colleagues.An entrepreneurial mindset to conceive and develop new solutions from the ground up, including revenue generation strategies.Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse data to support decision making.Would be great if you also haveExperience developing product capability and talent including coaching, mentoring, and building a talent pipeline.A passion for freeing the world from fossil fuels.BenefitsHalf-day Fridays!First class private health insurance after your first month at Wallbox.Use one of our EVs for a weekend and/or a week (car sharing) and test our products in your home (beta testing) to become a valuable source of feedback.Free online language classes.
