Committed to preserving the environment and ensuring that America's infrastructure is built more reasonably and sustainably, your functions will include:
Setup/edit all master vendor records for FCNA companies.Invoice posting including employee expense reimbursements and intercompany transactions.Assist with monthly monitoring of the accounts payable aging reports.Provide accounting assistance to project teams; respond to AP and financial questions/concerns to meet the business needs.Assist in reconciling vendors across multiple accounts.Manage inquiries from vendors which includes research; resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.Help and assist with providing supporting documentation for audits.Position Requisites: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline.Languages: Advanced English (C1 level) written and spoken.Experience: 1-2 years working in a Shared Service Center environment.SAP proficiency.Experience with Corpay is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other proprietary software.Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), AP processes, and controls.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.Effective communication skills.Your Benefits: Work for an international company.Development and training trips to the USA.100% telecommuting.Working hours from 14:00 to 22:00 (direct work with US schedule).Dynamic, competent, and committed environment.Salary of 23,000 euros gross per year divided in 12 payments.Why work with Randstad?
