About the roleOur People team is an agile customer-centric group at the heart of Mews. As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment leadership and delivery to our G&A teams (Finance, People, M&A, and Legal). In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of your team, you will help our function mature and lead on team and company impacting projects, coach and develop others as well as influence the business to improve.
ResponsibilitiesRecruitment delivery. Partner with C-Level stakeholders to understand the goals and needs of their functions and ensure they have the required talent when needed.DE&I. Build a deep understanding of the teams you are working with and create inclusive and equitable hiring strategies to improve their diversity.Team Management. Lead our G&A pod of two recruiters and enable their growth and development.Hands-on recruiting. Expect to work on a small number of senior or critical roles to build relationships with senior stakeholders and support your team.Data Analysis. Use of ATS and Power BI data to build goals for your team and enable positive performance.Agile practices. We practice Scrum, so lead and participate in agile events like retros, user research, and sprint reviews.Projects. With the other TA Managers, develop a roadmap of projects for the team, based on Mews' needs and the strategic goals of our function.Best practice. Bring best practice and innovation into our team and challenge our existing ways of working.Mews ambassador. Represent the company and contribute to our employer brand strategy through content creation and events.Exec Search.
