Role Purpose:
To ensure our members have an exceptional experience within our gyms, we pride ourselves on high standards of maintenance.
Reporting to the Equipment Manager, as a Gyms Equipment Administrator the primary responsibility is to liaise with our Preferred service providers to assist in coordinating both reactive and planned maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
Financial & Commercial
Co-ordination of purchase ordering for both reactive and planned maintenance
Invoice reconciliation to aid resolution of invoice disputes and invoice recording
Co-ordination of supplier agreements
Co-ordination of purchase orders for capital projects
Liaise with Insurers regarding claims
Strategic & Operational
Co-ordination of general enquiries into the Property Department
Department administration including Database Management and Co-ordination of Supplier Agreements
Monitoring, Updating and Publishing Records
Maintenance of Property Department Databases and Logging System
Production of Daily Report
Develop and manage new reports as required
Customer & Culture
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in systems and process
Respond to written correspondence and phone calls from both clubs and external parties
Support the Department Functions and assist in promoting that the highest standards are maintained throughout the business
Desirable skills and experience:
Strong organisation and administrative Skills
Have the ability to prioritise workload
Be able to challenge where systems and process do not achieve JD Standards
Excellent communication skills
Confident communicator at all levels
Demonstrate literacy, numeracy, and IT skills sufficient to use Microsoft Work, Excel and Access Databases

Location: Onsite - JD Gyms Fitness House, Wigan
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs - 9:00am to 17:00pm
