Therefore, we are currently looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist to join our Office in Barcelona and bring our new colleagues' onboarding experience to the next level. Within this role, your responsibilities and tasks will include:
Manage the entire pre-and onboarding process of our New Joiners across all regions and functions.Collaborate closely with the different regions and functions to develop and guarantee a smooth and exceptional onboarding experience for all New Joiners.Optimize and automate the pre-and onboarding process.Plan and optimize our Roboyo Onboarding Week (ROW) and the welcome package for our New Joiners.Lead the pre-hire communication and New Joiner engagement.Ensure the accessibility and actualization of onboarding relevant information (knowledge management) on our different channels through the centralization of information.Lead and continuously improve our buddy program.Regularly check-in with our New Joiners over their first 3 months at Roboyo and gather constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.As HR Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for providing our new joiners with an exceptional onboarding experience and ensuring the continuous improvement of our onboarding processes.
