We are looking for a talented Senior Fraud Analyst with technical payments and fraud expertise to join our team. Your mission will be leading initiatives to detect and minimize the risk of fraud, while providing an exceptional merchant experience. Working hours for this role will be from 09:30 to 18:30h from Monday to Friday (Reduced working hours on Fridays).
Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesLiaise with product and engineering stakeholders to implement new fraud prevention features in PayRetailers platform.Lead initiatives to continuously improve approval rates, while maintaining acceptable fraud loss rates and merchant satisfaction.Identify root causes of problems related to fraud prevention and take ownership to have the team work collaboratively towards solutions.Certification of the new features through UAT.Develop and maintain fraud knowledge documentation for internal and external use.Be a coach and mentor to other analysts on technical tools and provide support and advice to internal departments on fraud related matters.Developing, recommending, implementing, and managing fraud rules to reduce exposure to new fraud trends and keep chargeback rates at acceptable thresholds.Design data visualization dashboards in efforts to monitor fraud KPIs.Build new SQL queries for fraud monitoring.Experience And QualificationsProficient with SQL.Knowledge of back-end systems supporting payment transactions, fraud detection tools and operational procedures.Proficiency in English and Spanish are a must (at least B2 level).Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills with a self-starter attitude.Experience analysing large complex datasets and converting them into information which drives business decisions.Good understanding of fraud metrics and patterns.What We OfferCompetitive salary!Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Additional days of holidays!Private health insurance.Free catering in the office.At least one day of home office per week!Free language classes.Individual development plans.Excellent work environment and good collaboration.Free coffee/tea, fruits and snacks from the company.Possibility to increase your net salary through our flexible retribution partner!Quarterly Team buildings.
