Customer Relations Executive - FX Dealing Team Ebury Madrid - 4 days a week office-based working - 1 day working from home
About the Job We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team in Madrid. You will be a point of contact for some of our corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance. You'll have a combination of client-facing skill/experience, operational know-how, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities Support the day-to-day relationship of our corporate accounts.
Service the revenue and growth area of the business.
Act as an ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level.
Manage a portfolio of 300 clients who will be trading online through our EBO platform.
Ensure clients have Ebury as their main platform for trading and making payments internationally.
About You A passionate individual with a strong interest in client servicing.
Prepared to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in dealing directly with clients.
Ability to multitask/prioritize under tight time constraints.
Commercial awareness and confidence to promote the company offering.
Experience with Microsoft suite (particularly Excel).
Languages - Spanish Fluency and English at a professional level.
