All of this supports us in our mission to power the world's marketers with trusted and impactful advertising.As our Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Operations, you will manage the operational backbone of our Talent Acquisition team's recruiting process, TA programs, data analytics and scheduling engine.What you'll doLead, coach and develop a high-performing, efficient and agile team of talent acquisition operations specialists globally.Own the relationship with our external suppliers and partner with procurement to negotiate favorable terms.Analyze data to inform and deliver systems and process driven solutions to the Talent Acquisition team globally to improve recruiting team effectiveness and efficiency.Develop a culture of diving deep, using analytics and insights to drive strategies and get to the root cause of issues based on data from our reporting systems, as well as synthesizing data from different reports when needed and partnering with our Business Analytics team.Collaborate closely with other People teams and the business to align on process.Partner with Employer Brand and DEI teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance in recruitment process.Be a change manager to drive best practice adoption and compliance across the TA team and business.Act as the functional lead for all TA tools implementation projects and create trainings for the TA team in regards to the tools and processes we use.Partner with the company data protection officer to implement effective data protection policies and ensure GDPR compliance.Who you areAn Operations expert with extensive experience leading a multi-regional (ideally global) HR or TA Operations team.Understanding of TA Strategy, models and global implementation and ideally working in the Software or broader Technology sector.A strong team leader with a passion for developing your team across remote locations.You have considerable project and change management experience and you know how to drive delivery.You have experience communicating and influencing across multiple stakeholders and able to write convincing narratives, using data and analysis to back-up recommendations.You have a solid technical grasp of HRIS, ATS - WorkDay Recruiting, career site, LinkedIn Recruiter and other critical recruiting systems and tools, ideally with ATS implementation experience.You can build reports and analyze data to provide insights on key recruiting metrics.You've previously managed a coordinator owned scheduling process.You show an aptitude for translating strategic ideas into concrete processes.
