Job Description: As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be trained and involved in the day-to-day operations of the Guest Relations department, attending to the needs of guests from booking to the end of their stay.
Responsibilities:To ensure guest satisfaction, taking care of them from booking to the end of their stay.To personalise services according to guests' needs and wishes, adapting the different proposals and accommodating exceptions as far as possible.Providing guests with a luxurious service by showing a refined, intuitive and attractive attitude.Ensuring guests' privacy and security by protecting confidential information.Proactivity and openness to cooperation with other departments when necessary.Showing a respectful, attentive and courteous attitude in dealing with guests, staff and colleagues.Job Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in the Guest Relations department in a luxury hotel.English and Spanish C1. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.Degree in Hospitality.Extensive computer skills.
