Candidate qualifications and profile Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, fluency in multiple languages is a plus Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation Be passionate about Costa Blanca and promoting sustainable tourism Relevant educational degree, and hospitality sector experience Hold a driver's license and vehicle Flexibility to work in a hybrid and on-site setting CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned properties are prepared prior to guest arrivals Prepare and inspect holiday homes prior and after guest stays Follow check-in and check-out procedures Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival to our holiday homes Provide upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis, inform guests of our services Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints effectively Provide immediate assistance to guests as requested Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction Individual GOALS Improve service by understanding guest needs, providing guidance, and feedback Set a positive example for guest relations Display outstanding hospitality skills Empower co-workers to provide excellent customer service Strive to improve service performance Guest Experience Team Membership Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members Demonstrate appropriate behaviors Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with co-workers and ensure a healthy work-environment within the team Maintaining Guest Experiences and Team Goals Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals and to expedite the resolution of any problems that may arise through the general operation of any property Intervene in any guest/employee situation as needed to ensure the integrity of the company and properties is maintained, guest satisfaction is achieved, and employee well-being is preserved What we offer International work environment Part-Time, 16 hours/week Full-Time, 40 hours/week Location: Hybrid, work from home and on-site in the Alicante Province Entry salary: 1.500,00€ monthly net salary Apply in two steps: 1) Through Linked-In, 2) E-mail your MOTIVATED LETTER to: ******
