About the role Your key responsibilities Improve product experiences iteratively with speedDefine and develop KPI reportingBuild metrics into both existing and new data systems and reporting platformsPartner with marketing to research and recommend USPs for marketing acquisition campaignsQuantitative A/B testing on mobile and web product learning journeyPerform qualitative research and bring in customer insights to product developmentOptimize support flowsCreate standard and evolving reporting capabilities to support the product team and broader organization by providing access and transparency to critical dataSupport the development of site analytics reporting using Google Analytics and Customer Data Platform to measure and understand consumer behavior on site, ranging from pathing and funnel analysis to product interaction; perform deep dive analyses to identify pain points within the mobile and online experience and work with product team to share results and implement related business solutionsLead post-purchase product strategy development, executions and experiencesMeasure customer sentiment through NPS, reviews, surveys and referral activityLead testing program from hypothesis development, experiment design, data gathering and data analysisAbility to mine, extract and interpret consumer insightsDrive "hacker" mentality in product teamsAbout you Qualifications Degree or equivalent preferredExperience in a quantitative or analytical role within ecommerce, consumer or marketing analyticsExtensive experience in product management or educational technologyExperience in leading in-house staff, freelance writers, and editorsEnd-to-end digital project management experienceDemonstrated business product strategy expertise with a successful record of bringing new products to marketSuccess driving product adoption utilizing B2B and B2C strategiesExperience in education, learning, or assessment field preferredExperience in agile product management methodologiesSkills/Attributes Experience with working on large multidimensional datasetsGoogle Analytics, QlikView, SQL/Other databaseProficiency in Excel and Power PointExposure to Customer Data PlatformsStrong ability to build relationships cross-departmentally to lead, engage and motivate for top resultsBuild trust, positively influence others to achieve the expected resultsKnowledge of digital learning design practicesAbility to deal with ambiguity while driving towards deadlineSound business and technical acumen, with the ability to navigate a complex and highly matrixed organization effectivelyEstablish effective and positive communication lines to multiple stakeholdersAbility to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, remaining pragmatic and results-focusedExcellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skillsJob: PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
