What we are looking for : We are seeking a motivated and passionate Growth/Product Associate with a strong interest or background in business growth strategies, data analysis, and research.
As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the engagement and monetization strategy of our products at Komon.
You will be part of the growth team, putting all the focus on helping us push our business to the next level.
Among your responsibilities you will: Research : keep an eye on all of the reference platforms out there, constantly speak to current/potential customers/users to gather qualitative feedback, and be obsessed with data to bring insights to the table.
You will also spend a lot of time doing QA to identify all sorts of bugs and improvements within our products.
Roadmap building : turning insights brought from research into actionable items within our product roadmap.
Keeping the roadmap clean, structured as well as very flexible and open to change is key.
Project management : Ensuring the roadmap is executed ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements that align with business goals by providing the tech team with all of the resources/scope needed for product development.
Making things happen every cycle is a must.
Data-analysis : Monitoring the impact of our product development to understand user behaviour and make informed decisions to continue evolving our product.
Startup bucket : As an early-stage startup, we are a cross-functional team and things come up every day that require getting your hands dirty across a variety of areas.
Requirements : We're open to all educational backgrounds (i.e., Arts, Science, Business & other Social Sciences, Engineering; you name it!).
Any professional/personal artistic experience is a nice-to-have.
3+ years of work experience in a challenging field.
Previous experience as a founder/early employee in a startup or exposure to tech and product would be great.
Previous experience in product management, business strategy, data analysis, or market research will be highly appreciated.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights , including some proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
Startup mindset with a willingness to take initiative and contribute beyond the defined role.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes .
Native/Bilingual in English and Spanish — both written & communication skills.
