Role Overview:

The Growth Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding brand presence across WebPros' portfolio of brands. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Growth & Digital Marketing, the Growth Marketing Specialist will oversee all paid media initiatives, including SEM, paid social, and digital partner marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging digital channels to fuel business growth and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing and MarCom to develop and lead digital marketing efforts across all brands with an audience-first approach. Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and promotions to maximize exposure and revenue from digital channels, including digital partner marketing. Oversee the creation, articulation, and implementation of successful cross-channel initiatives, including launch campaigns, nurture programs, drip campaigns, influencer marketing, omni-channel strategies, and experiential activations. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to stay at the forefront of customer and marketplace trends, ensuring marketing efforts are delivered with impact and efficiency. Optimize lifecycle marketing programs to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value (LTV), injecting new tactics into owned channels like email to reinvigorate the customer base. Technical Oversight:
Oversee overall tech-driven initiatives, development projects, and all tech digital activities across all brands. Collaborate with the Tech team on MarTech enhancements and innovations to stay at the forefront of customer and marketplace trends. Utilize a suite of growth tools, including attribution solutions and AI tools, to enhance performance and drive results. Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop ads, landing pages, emails, and reporting needed to maximize campaign performance. Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of paid media marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset to ensure efforts are bold, relevant, and reach the desired audience. In-depth knowledge of CRM, digital ecosystems, influencer programs, omni-channel marketing, MarTech solutions, AI opportunities, and brand building. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships. Expertise in using data and analytics to support and evaluate marketing strategies.
