You will work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities and develop strategies that impact business objectives. The role reports straight to the CMO.The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, is a must. Team Leadership- Lead a team of two highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment while supporting their professional development.- Define project assignments and strategic priorities for the team, overseeing and evaluating their performance.- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support, ensuring team members have the tools and knowledge needed for success.- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members, documenting progress and feedback in the Performance Management Platform.- Offer guidance in areas for improvement to support team members' career path progression.- Participate in the recruitment process for new team members as needed, ensuring the continued growth and capability of the team.2.
