On this occasion, we offer an indefinite contract for a Growth Lead in the Performance Marketing area.
What is the purpose/mission of the position?
This position will help, within the Performance Marketing Department, to improve the conversion of the leads generated.
It will assist the team in understanding which sources of generation are the best and will work with the sales team to improve the Conversion Rates by monitoring the main KPIs (time of answer, time of sales process, opportunities, and sales).
What are the tasks that you'll perform?
- Improve the conversion rate of the leads generated by the Performance team to achieve more results from the leads.
- Manage the Salesforce tool to send and optimize the leads into the different sales teams (agents, call center, e-commerce).
- Analyze and optimize the main KPIs to enrich the team with the knowledge of which source gives the better results.
What are we looking for?
- Typical education (or equivalent): Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration.
- Typical years of experience (total): 6 years.
- Certifications (or equivalent): Salesforce or Hubspot or any other CRM or lead management platform.
