As a Growth Content Specialist, you will be a part of our Growth team and will be responsible for educational content creation such as guides, tutorials or videos to drive customer engagement - user onboarding, activation, feature adoption and use cases implementation. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Growth team, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across customer lifecycle.

What you'll do: Craft engaging and interactive instructions that make business process automation a breeze for our business users. Say goodbye to boring tutorials! Closely collaborate with User Research, Design, Growth Marketing, BI Analytics, Product and Engineering teams to achieve our goals with a major impact on improving and optimizing user experience. Possess a basic knowledge of AB experimentation. Be able to dive into quantitative and qualitative insights about our users. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and user needs. Monitor and report on business metrics to stakeholders. What we are looking for: At least 2 years as a Content Specialist, E-learning Content Specialist or similar position Experience in a SaaS environment is a big plus Understanding of SaaS conversion funnel and product-led growth principles Some experience with A/B tests Hands-on experience with video content building tools (i.e. Veed, Screen studio, Loom, Arcade etc.) and familiar with product adoption tools (i.e. Userflow, Candu, Chameleon etc.) Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken Demonstrate ability to identify and reduce friction in the user experience Curious, analytical, and somewhat opportunistic Willing to experiment and foster a fluid and dynamic team environment Willing to challenge the status quo and question assumptions Interested in automation/integration platforms What we offer: ??
