Your Responsibilities: You lead, control, and report on the progress of the grid connection process, focusing on evacuation infrastructure. You coordinate interactions with the Distribution and Transmission System Operator to ensure successful grid connection of generation facilities. You provide technical support for negotiations involving connection nodes to secure necessary Grid Sharing Agreements. You prepare connection schedules in collaboration with the EPC team. You offer administrative support to the Project Manager concerning evacuation infrastructure. You assist the procurement department in estimating costs associated with evacuation infrastructure. You assess the impact of delays or issues related to evacuation infrastructure planning and execution, communicate these to the company, and propose mitigation solutions. You identify and monitor risks associated with the project's critical path. You support Technical Due Diligence of projects. Requirements You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Energy, or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in managing grid connection processes and working with Distribution or Transmission System Operators (TSO/DNO), preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors. You possess strong technical expertise in grid-sharing agreements, evacuation infrastructure, and risk assessment, with a proven ability to coordinate across teams like EPC and procurement. You are highly detail-oriented, proactive in identifying and mitigating project risks, and passionate about driving successful energy project outcomes. You have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
