As a Customer Account Advisor at bet365, you will be part of the European Customer Service team helping our customers around the world from our office in sunny Malta.
This puts you at the forefront of the world's most popular online gambling brand, assisting customers with a wide range of queries related to their bet365 account.
With a focus on providing exceptional customer service while handling multiple queries, this full-time position requires a highly adaptable and motivated individual. The role involves working seven shifts from Monday through Sunday, followed by seven days off. A typical shift consists of working from 14:00 until 01:30.
This role falls under our hybrid working model, where you will work both from home and in the office. When working from the office, you will be in a modern office in the heart of Sliema with spectacular sea views and nearby flat rocky beaches offering a variety of outdoor activities. From your first day, you will receive training from instructors who will support, guide, and mentor you to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Before joining the Twilight team, during the training period, you will be required to work any 5 days from 7 between 09:00 and 22:00, where your training and development will continue to ensure you succeed in your bet365 career.
