It delivers data-driven solutions throughout their entire lifecycle for supply chain management users worldwide.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain graph-based applications using the latest graph technologies to address high-impact use cases.Create and enhance intelligent front-end interfaces that make the graph data accessible and useful for business operations.Convert business requirements from areas like supply chain, managerial accounting, marketing, and production into "Graph-Thinking" approaches and integrate graph techniques into innovative AI solutions.Collaborate with global colleagues in an international and agile DevOps setting.Refine our AI solutions, focusing on user interfaces, graph modeling, data quality management, and user adoption.Assist in scaling and industrializing AI solutions.Requirements:Master's degree in computer science, chemistry, mathematics, life sciences, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, or a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with at least 4 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with graph databases, graph algorithms, and large-scale data integration in complex business environments, ideally with tools like Neo4j or Graphistry.Over 3 years of practical experience in developing ontologies, particularly in conjunction with complex data structures and modeling.Proficiency in programming with Python, Cypher, and Java, with a preference for experience in Angular.Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and linked data applications, using platforms such as Microsoft Databricks, Kettle, and Docker.Strong business and technical consulting abilities.An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to promote a positive and energetic work environment.A growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve.A team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Proven fluency in English, both spoken and written.Desired:A background in natural sciences or familiarity with the chemical industry.Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as SAP and OMP.Experience working in agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum and a DevOps mindset.Proficiency in the German language.Benefits:A secure work environment because your health, safety, and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life
