Reporting Manager Title: Manager Instrumentation and Controls

As part of the Worley Graduate Community and under supervision, you'll perform a variety of assignments through the application of basic engineering theories, techniques, and practices while gaining exposure to procedures and processes.
On your typical work day you will... Assist business development activities by maintaining an up-to-date personal profile and resume. Build positive working relationships with external parties such as customers, suppliers, and contractors.Support the delivery of training, assist in the employee performance review process, and encourage compliance with requirements and processes.Support adherence to engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.Know the discipline scope/cost/time requirements and assist the team to meet expectations.Gather data from multiple sources and prepare engineering deliverables.Incorporate information from multiple sources into equipment/material specifications and support bid evaluations.Work with site personnel to resolve issues and may provide on-site support for construction, commissioning, or turnover.Qualifications Will be actively registered with a local engineering governing body where required by law.Ability to report in English, both verbal & in writing.Less than 3 years of relevant experience.Basic understanding of control process strategies and industry standard practices.Desirable: training in leadership, project execution, risk management, or quality.Desirable: relevant discipline experience or working in a related industry.Technical Knowledge Proficient in specialty engineering or design tools, analytics, and modelling.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.Competent in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint.Soft Skills Communicate basic information with peers, stakeholders, and management.Build constructive and effective business relationships throughout the organization.Enjoy working in a small high-calibre team with visibility to senior stakeholders.Achieve results set by self and others, meets timelines, and demonstrates enthusiasm.Examine problems carefully and understand their interdependencies.Moving forward together We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong.
