Key Job ResponsibilitiesSupport leaders at your site on HR matters.Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment.Develop communication plans and initiatives to support managers with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements.Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects.Collect and analyze data that can help drive new HR policies and plans. A day in the life: You'll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station, or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You'll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth's best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations. No two days are the same as an HR Partner.
