What will you do?
The International Regional Director of Operations is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of all the Hotels (assets) in the assigned geographical area.
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring and improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability by providing effective methods and strategies.
This role leads, directs, and manages daily hotel operations (via hotel director), including hotel yearly budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, managing performance reviews, and implementing and complying with company policies and standards.
