Direct leadership development within a multicultural and multilingual environment.- Culture & Value - Act as the ambassador of culture,maintaining multiculturalism while establishing a common ground for communication (e.G. English-speaking environment).- DEI Objectives - Establish and maintain an open-minded culture that promotes inclusion, equity, and diversity within the organization. Act as a facilitator by working with leadership, the Board of Directors, and other organizational parts.- Talent Management - Develop and implement long-range strategic plans to ensure a high level of employee engagement and motivation.
