The Opportunity We are looking for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a crucial role in crafting the future of our organization and the growth of our Madrid team.
You will assist with the delivery of our Talent Acquisition strategy and enable our business to scale by attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent for ESW.
This role involves developing and driving recruitment strategies, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a flawless candidate experience.
You are comfortable with traditional hiring strategies but passionate about developing new and innovative sourcing strategies and branding initiatives.
This is a hybrid role,2-3 days in-office per week.
Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source a diverse pool of top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with our values.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Ensure an outstanding high-touch candidate experience.
Track, report, and analyze our talent pipeline and hiring progress with the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
Educate hiring managers and teams on our ATS and hiring process.
Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Understand our employee value proposition, develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract passive talent.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a high growth global technology company.
Expert in end-to-end sourcing methods with a proven track record of delivering via direct sourcing.
Ability to effectively communicate, establish relationships, and influence across the business.
Creativity in problem-solving and resourcefulness.
Strategic thinker with outstanding data analysis and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with employer branding projects and activities.
Solid understanding of processes, tools, and technologies.
Experience with Greenhouse is highly desirable.
Proficient in English and Spanish.
