Key Responsibilities:Delivering Strategy and Achieving Targets:Develop and implement site strategies in alignment with overall business goals.Ensure the site organization is motivated and aligned with business objectives.Contribute to business planning from an operations perspective, ensuring site capabilities and constraints are considered.Managing Operations:Oversee all manufacturing activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including ALPS (CI, strategic initiatives, standard processes, tools, and training).Ensure customer orders are received, scheduled, produced, and shipped in line with corporate quality standards.Develop and manage the annual manufacturing and logistics budget.Ensure production efficiency and manage assets to maintain integrity and compliance with safety management frameworks.Stock Management:Manage stock and distribution of finished goods through third-party logistics providers (3PL).Ensure adherence to standard processes and cost budgets, aligning with local plans.Oversee effective stock management and control slow-moving and obsolete items (slobs).Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to all company directives, rules, and procedures regarding personal conduct, HSE, and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA).Implement and operate the Safety Common Platform and involve all employees in safety improvement plans.Establish a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and adherence to company values.Leading and Developing People:Lead change and build a high-performance culture on site.Coach, mentor, and develop the site management team.Ensure HR processes are followed, and objectives are set for team members.Strengthen the talent pipeline through development, succession planning, and monitoring retention risks.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.8+ years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proven track record in operations and supply chain management.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Advanced English language skills.Why Join Us?Be part of a global industry leader.Hybrid work format offering flexibility.Exceptional career growth and development opportunities.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Ready to make an impact?
