Job Summary
We are transforming our business with the implementation of a new global Human Resources Information System. This role will support the Global Training Lead - HRIS by regularly updating, adapting, and maintaining training programs to meet the global processes and local operational needs of our regions.
You will work closely with the global project team to understand regional variances and adapt or create learning solutions to meet these requirements. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Global Training Lead by attending meetings as required and representing the team, as well as supporting and presenting to regional teams.
Job Responsibilities
Design and adapt learning content using Articulate 360.
Create learning videos, user guides and other collateral to support learning.
Own version control of content.
Deliver virtual workshops.
Oversee language translations, utilizing internal software.
Collaborate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications and Competencies
Experience in global instructional design.
Experience with Articulate 360.
Video creation and editing skills.
Strong communication skills and experience with global audiences.
Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
