The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online course development, exceptional visual creativity, and a passion for continuous learning. As a Training Content Developer, you will be responsible for transforming storyboards created by instructional designers into dynamic visual learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.Key Responsibilities:Develop engaging and interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline 360, based on storyboards provided by instructional designers.Utilize a keen eye for detail and strong visual creativity to ensure high-quality course content.Anticipate learner needs and preferences to create the best possible learning experience.Implement effective learning experiences by making informed choices about visual elements, interactivity, and course flow.Collaborate closely with instructional designers and other stakeholders to align course content with learning objectives and goals.Work independently to manage and execute multiple content development projects.Use tools such as Camtasia to create visual elements to enrich the learning experience.Solve creative problems by devising innovative solutions for content presentation and interaction.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the content development process.Complete administrative tasks such as uploading courses and maintaining content in our Learning Management System (LMS).Qualifications:2+ years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related field.Proficiency in using Articulate Storyline 360 for course development.Experience with video editing tools such as Camtasia.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Strong understanding of learning experience design and principles.Exceptional attention to detail and visual creativity.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for learning and continuous improvement.Basic knowledge of Liquid is highly desirable.Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to devise innovative content solutions.What we offer:RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every dayMultinational team with 40+ nationalities creating the future of automation25 days of vacation, 24th&31st Dec company holidayRSUs grant for a newborn childMeal and transportation ticketsfamily leave program, offering 24 weeks of paid leave for main carers and12 weeks for supporting carersCarers leave programs for supportingIf you are a creative and detail-oriented content developer with a passion for learning and a strong background in visual course development, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
