Reporting to the Head of People, the Global Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the continuous improvement and efficiency of our talent acquisition processes globally. As a subject matter expert, you will drive growth across our different regions and functions worldwide. Your entrepreneurial mindset and passion for recruitment will ensure your success in this role.Role and Responsibilities:Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with Roboyo's corporate strategy and growth plans.Utilize market insights, data analytics, and industry best practices to create competitive hiring processes that attract high-caliber candidates.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, ensuring the timely availability of high-quality talent.Develop strategic workforce plans to meet short- and long-term organizational goals using your data analytics and reporting skills.Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for senior leadership and executive roles as well as niche positions globally.Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and relevant assessment criteria to secure top-tier talent driving organizational success.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and HR leaders, providing expert guidance on innovative talent acquisition trends, best practices, and emerging markets.Coordinate with HRBPs and business leaders across all regions and functions to ensure the consistent and high-quality application of recruitment processes and strategies.Build strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners, ensuring seamless and collaborative recruitment processes.Lead change management initiatives within the talent acquisition function, particularly in implementing new technologies and global process improvements.Provide training and mentorship to internal hiring teams on best practices in recruitment and candidate assessment.Enhance Roboyo's global employer brand to attract diverse and top-tier talent through innovative recruitment marketing campaigns.Leverage social media, career fairs, and other channels to position the company as an employer of choice.Implement fitted DEI initiatives within our talent acquisition practices globally.Establish and manage partnerships with universities and educational institutions to build a robust pipeline of emerging talent.Oversee and lead campus recruitment initiatives and internship programs globally.Develop and run a Roboyo Alumni Network to maintain a large talent pool.Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
