Join our Global Talent Acquisition Hub and Spoke organization, reporting to our Global Talent Acquisition Director.
Work with multiple countries and support business teams by delivering an E2E seamless recruitment process for IT/data, Digital Marketing, Finance, Sales, and C-level positions.
This role can be based in any European Pluxee office.
Your responsibilities will be: Manage an end-to-end TA process providing added value throughout the selection process.Source diverse, innovative, online channels to select candidates based in different countries and assess them through high-quality interviews.Present short-listed top candidates to senior hiring managers.Manage and advise hiring managers, acting as a clearly identified and trusted business partner.Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.Build up internal and external market intelligence.Optimize and feed our sourcing and recruiting methodology.Build a sustainable and dynamic candidate talent pool, potentially across various regions and countries.Support & contribute to our EVP.Collaborate and take part in various regional and local HR initiatives and projects.+7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition across various countries in mainly Tech, marketing, and digital senior roles acquired in company headquarters (global or international exposure, cross-country or cross-region expertise).Proficient and experienced on LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.Experience with Workday or other ATS.Bilingual in English and French is a must; any other language would be an asset.Able to drive and maintain effective stakeholder management and relationship building at a senior level across countries and different management levels.Able to work autonomously.Process and data-driven oriented, flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment, within a fast-growing company.Excellent communication skills, acting as a true ambassador for the Talent Acquisition and HR organization.Enjoy working with different nationalities and cultures.Strong sense of curiosity and a natural capacity to step outside of your comfort zone.To get this challenge Video call with TA ExpertVideo call with Global TA DirectorVideo call with VP Global Talent acquisition and development, Employee Experience & Culture deployment?Happy at work A meaningful job: build the future of employee benefits and contribute to the quality of life at work for others; you will impact positively local communities too.
