.Strategic Controller acts as a business partner to the global business controller to develop a global business model and optimize financial performance within an assigned Business Unit across countries and regions. Supports effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions. Drives definition and implementation of global standards and business-specific guidelines in financial control processes. Reporting line: BU CFOYour responsibilities:Contribute to the definition of the strategy for the business unit. Serve as the key partner for the relevant business leaders in determining strategy for their area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing, and making adjustments in implementation as needed.Define strategic actions including financial impact, translate strategy into business plans, and establish measurable longer-term targets.
