We are looking to hire a Global SG&A Controller on our Corporate FP&A Team. This position is located in Barcelona, Spain, with consideration in Hannover, Germany.
Essential Job Functions: Financial business partner overseeing SG&A overhead costs and functional reporting, providing transparency and insights to senior management.Drive cost & performance management reporting, variance analysis and providing high quality data, proposing measures to improve and achieve our goals.Lead SG&A budgeting / forecasting activities including modelling.Drive productivity initiatives, synergies & benefit tracking and ensure the SG&A functions operate at a high level of excellence.Overseeing FTE development & personnel costs spend in close collaboration with HR Analytics.Continuously develop tools/systems and automate processes; streamline on our new BI platform and provide enhanced forecasting and reporting functionality to create insights towards the business.Develop and apply automated cost modelling and predictive analytics in scenario building.Leverage OneStream planning and reporting to improve cost forecasting and variance analysis process.Interact proactively and collaboratively with executive leadership teams on a regular basis.Collaborate with BU finance and other business functions to provide analysis and decision support for SG&A related activities.Prepare other reports and participate in other special projects as requested.Qualifications & Experience: Master in Controlling / Finance / Economics, CPA, CFA or similar.Extensive experience in Finance and Controlling (+5 years), ideally in a Corporate FP&A role in a multinational environment of a manufacturing company.Must have SG&A controlling experience.Business fluent in English required, business fluent in German preferred.Engage strong business partnering, understand internal and external customer needs, usage of systematic approaches to ensure key metrics are tracked and analyzed for continuous improvement.Strong capabilities to analyse financial data, interpret and understand drivers while describing / visualizing them towards senior management to support on strategic decisions and action plans.Prioritize multiple demands and lead defined work to successful conclusion on time, takes personal accountability and direct 2-way communication within the team and other organizations.Work in partnership as an active member within the team and cross-functional working groups.Experience with financial planning / reporting and consolidation systems (OneStream, SAP).Very strong in Excel and data modelling, drive automation and dashboarding / reporting.Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
