Global Services Trainee (French)

Job Description: We are seeking an Global Services Trainee to join one of our main clients in the insurance sector: Chubb.The objective of this position is to support the Global Services area and to be able to enter the insurance sector.Key Responsibilities:-Analyzing documentation supplied but internal and external stakeholder, sorting them and putting the relevant systems.-To have an in-depth understanding of processes and to adopt an ethos of continuous review with the intention of improving, error proofing, automating, simplifying, clarifying and eradicating any non-valueprocess steps.-Proactively gain and develop knowledge of all relevant lines of business to facilitate accurate processing for both retained and outsourced work elements.-Build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties, become the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.-To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.Qualifications:-Native/bilingual level in French.-Advanced level of English(C1).-Possibility of an agreement with a university or business school.-Insurance background is preferred.-Competent in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.-Strong customer service skills and customer centric attitude.Benefits:-12 months of contract (trainee).-Flexible scheduling (09:00 - 15:00 pm) monday to friday.- Job Location: Manoteras#J-18808-Ljbffr
