What we expect
TKE is looking for a highly capable Project Manager, capable of leading local efforts in global projects and managing Region-specific projects in the area of IT Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Delivery Manager, will plan and manage the IT enablers, progress, issues and risks, set up and track project plans, etc.
Closely collaborate with the business to plan and coordinate project activities according to their needs
Manage positive relationships with stakeholders, actively listen, articulate and clarify needs
Work together with a team of worldwide internal as well as external IT experts and consultants
Establish Project Board according to established project management (Prince 2/PMP) principles.
Have regular status meetings with their sponsors/clients.
Ensure Risks/Issues and Actions are well documented and followed-up after status meetings.
Ensure projects have proper commercial management of suppliers (Invoicing, Change Requests, Formal Correspondence, and Deliverables Acceptance/Rejections).
Who we are looking for
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable qualification (Master's degree preferred)
Experience managing Infrastructure projects; familiarity with cloud technologies and other relevant areas of IT Infrastructure
At least 5 years of experience in a multinational company in the field of IT Project Management
Appropriate technical and/or project or service management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are an advantage
Experience managing global teams.
Results-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven record of planning and delivering complex projects.
Highly self-motivated, hands-on, can-do attitude, self-confident, courageous, honest and customer focused
Fluency in written and spoken English language skills
