This Global Product Marketing Manager will spearhead new business growth through strategic front-end marketing initiatives and lead generation, focusing on launching new products and driving sales engagement across a large matrix organization.
The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling marketing campaigns, driving leads through the sales funnel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needs and sales objectives!This role is open to applications at any Emerson location in Europe, close to a major international airport.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to launch new products and drive adoption across global markets; Generate high-quality leads and champion them accordingly in collaboration with sales and business development teams; Build compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, product datasheets, and digital content to support lead generation efforts; Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging; Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between product development, marketing strategies; Conduct customer research and capture insights to refine product offerings and marketing approaches; Handle relationships with key collaborators across the organization, including sales, business development, and product teams; Track and report on key performance indicators (critical metrics) related to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales conversion.

For This Role, You Will Need: + years of proven experience, preferably in a global BB environment; Experience with new product introduction and product marketing is an advantage; Ability to travel as needed (up to %); Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Proven track record in successfully launching products and driving business growth; Strong understanding of lead generation and sales processes in sophisticated, matrix organizations; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence collaborators at all levels; Data-driven approach with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking; Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools; Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
