Position OverviewAs Global People Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Global People Experience Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for our core HRIS (data accuracy & workflows), People Experience processes (compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies), and guiding local People Experience Services teams. This is a temporary and remote position to be based in one of our locations.
Your Key Responsibilities:Full ownership of our HRIS system, managing the data architecture, workflows, access, permissions, and integrations with different systems and tools.Lead the implementation/migration to new tools during system changes.Define, implement, and continuously evolve the full PX (People Experience) services processes in a people-centric way.Lead and support the local PX Services teams across our different countries.Collaborate with and support other PX functions (BPs, TA, Diversity, Solutions, etc.) for the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.Ensure that all PX services teams maintain accurate and accessible employee data and records.Monitor employee data quality together with different analytic functions (finance, BI, etc).What Will Help You Succeed?Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources, labor relations, or a similar degree.Previous experience in HR (minimum of 5 years with at least 1-2 years in a similar global role, ideally in a tech scaleup organization).Experience as a system administrator, process owner, and leading projects.Played a key role in HRIS implementation projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English).Ability to work collaboratively and independently, taking initiative and ownership.Excellent analytical skills, including compiling data, research, and problem-solving.If you are an enthusiastic and driven HR professional, keen to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic scale-up environment, this just might be the right place for you!
