Job DescriptionThis profile will support the transformation of Galderma to a mature continuous improvement/problem solving organization e.g., implementing the fundamentals, problem solving, Tiered accountability etc. This position will lead and support critical complex global projects and activities across sites and regions and ensuring value is defined across the end-to-end value stream.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, development and implementation of our global lean supply and manufacturing programs.Knowledge of complex process mapping across complex end to end supply chains.Promote knowledge management, best practice sharing and adoption across teams globally.Support key stakeholders across the end-to-end Value stream to assess the flow of value from suppliers to customers and identify targeted improvement opportunities.
