Job Description Summary: The Media Data Analyst is responsible for providing data and technical expertise on media data projects for HMG organization. S/He will work with the Global Product manager and Global Data Specialist in implementation of Media Data platforms and solutions across the world. S/He supports the product team to align business requirements with functional and technical specifications. S/He provides large media data expertise and works closely with the product manager, R&D people and other HMG technical teams.
Job Description:Mission & Responsibilities: Technical & Data expertise: Provides the product team with a technical expertise applied to media data and media solutions.Provides the product team with media expertise on data and solutions' development (media performance evaluation, Reach & Frequency models etc).Works actively with data experts to smooth processes and provide top quality tools.Provides functional and technical specification for projects tasks.Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.Automate daily tasks with technical scripting languages.Product development: Actively work with Havas teams involved in the Mx program to align on best solutions and their integration.Accompany global analytics projects in terms of process, methodologies, choice of partners, relationships with global/local Havas teams.Actively work in the new product development and innovation process.Actively work with product team and contribute to definition and integration of various media data sources.Actively work with the product and R&D team to support the improvement of ID and Non-ID database.Qualifications & Languages: Master's degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering or Data Science.Languages: English (Fluent).Previous experience & Industry background: 5+ years of experience in data analysis / data science.Media, Data, Tech, Brand, Consultancy.Soft skills & Competencies: Perform Reach, Frequency and Overlap Analysis and Insight generation.Knowledge and understanding of machine learning algorithms to support media optimizations.Knowledge in Data Science Algorithms.Knowledge in high-level technical languages (R, Python).Knowledge about media data sources (digital and offline sources) at an international level.Understanding of Media impact on brand KPIs.Significant and proven experience (at least 5 years) as a data analyst. Experience in the research department at a media agency is a plus.Attention to details.Proactive and ability to initiate.Good analytical problem-solving skills.Positive and can-do attitude.Good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.Proficiency in English is a must.Intercultural skills, experience on multinational projects is a plus.Contract Type: Permanent
