The"Global MarTech Operations Manager" Role
The Global MarTech Operations roleisa key contributor to the overall lead management process andthe managementof tech stackutilizedby Marketing Operations, Marketing, Demand Centre (BDR and SDR) and Sales teams. This role will be working acrossdifferentbusiness units.
In this role,you will be responsible for the governance and management of multiplebusiness processes and technologies in our stacksupporting lead lifecycle and customer journey.; with a primary focus on our event management platforms and processes. Our tech stack include but not limited toCRM, marketing automations, lead routing and assignment, sales prospecting and engagement,chat engagement, and predictive/scoring/profiling engine. In this role, you will own user management, design and maintenance ofsystems integrationsand workflows in place between systems, troubleshooting issues, and driveoptimizationneeds.

Own vendor relationship for regular business reviews and product roadmap update Maintain existing and project manage future integrations of On24 and other event platforms with other technologies to enhance efficiency and provide comprehensive insights Own relationship with stakeholders toidentify areas ofoptimizationsto expand usage and drive adoption of webinar/event tools Set up and manage users, users permissions and roles across your technologies Own and maintain best practice process documentations and other resources for enablement and adoption Collaborate with stakeholders to define webinar/event goals and objectives Develop and communicateusage and performance metrics to stakeholders Provide insights and recommendations for improving future webinars/events based on data analysis Support the builds of webinars/events on On24 and other relevant event platforms Conduct pre-webinar checks and rehearsals to ensure smooth execution Troubleshoot issues during the planning or live phases of webinars/events We're looking for a teammate with:
Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to demonstrate analytical andproblem-solvingskills Proven ability toprioritize, work independently within a fast-paced environment Self-driven with ability to work independently, butworks well as part of a larger group Excellent verbal, written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Experience training users on usage of technologies and generating documentation for process flows Ability to work cross-functionally between teams (IT, marketing, sales, marketing operations) Proven experience managing webinars and other event platforms Strong knowledge of webinar/events platforms (On24 and similar) Strong knowledge of CRM ( preferred) Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred) Good working knowledge of lead management, inbound and outbound processes Drive to learn and establish self as subject matter expert on multiple marketing technologies Languages: Business level English mandatory, other relevant languages would be an advantage Thelocation for this role is:
