KLG offers a wide range of language and cultural programs in more than 100 countries, allowing students to embark on a unique, life-changing journey specifically tailored to them.Job DescriptionAbout the role: KLG Global Marketing ManagerYour time is spent across three main areas: global marketing projects, product marketing, and content marketing.
Some duties may overlap, and the proportion of time spent across these areas may fluctuate throughout the year.
You will also be responsible for managing two Marketing Executives who will help support projects across the Global Marketing remit.Global Marketing ProjectsGlobal marketing projects span across a range of areas, focusing on global campaigns and supporting related activities covering multiple channels and markets.Own the project/campaign brief from start to finish, including project initiation, gathering stakeholder requirements, and delivery of assets across all channels.Ensure project/campaign timelines are adhered to, including the delivery of signed-off and on-brand assets.Manage and maintain Brandfolder, our asset management library.In an effort to centralise support for the business, you may also be a point of contact for new business initiatives across the company.
This may involve taking on and running a project from start to finish, including working with academic/schools and sales operations teams to deliver marketing collateral.Product Marketing and Marketing MaterialsAssist with the launch of new products and the merchandising of existing ones by gathering requirements from the business.Be the central contact worldwide for product-related marketing support and manage all product and school fact files.Update any existing marketing materials related to the promotion of our products across the website and offline material.Help launch any new products, following processes and our product matrix to gather required information and provide it to relevant teams.Content MarketingResponsible for global content marketing for the blog, global campaigns, and social media, providing strategic direction to all global accounts.Work with main stakeholders to set and monitor the content marketing strategy, setting KPIs and reporting on results.Manage the KLG blogs and provide content that supports the rest of the language blogs for all brands, commissioning articles and content pieces, and ensuring they are shared and promoted.Manage the content marketing series, ensuring a wide array of topics supports upper and lower funnel activity, and work with the SEO specialist to support SEO objectives.Social MediaResponsible for global social media accounts, working with the Global Marketing Executives to coordinate and execute social media plans.Ensure content is posted and boosted appropriately across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Work with main stakeholders to ensure all content across all global, regional, and schools' social media is on-brand.Support schools in creating and promoting content for their pages, providing any centralised messages and assets for posting.Help source and distribute user-generated content between schools and regional marketing teams.Report on the performance of the global social media accounts.Team ManagementManage two Marketing Executives, ensuring they support your projects and uphold the expected standard of service to the department.Hold regular 1-to-1 meetings to ensure they are supported and on track.Set and monitor objectives throughout the year.Be a point of escalation where needed on projects.Oversee and sign off deliverables to uphold a high level of quality.Qualifications:To be considered for the role, you will need the following:Experience delivering large projects, showing planning and execution capacity and project management skills.3 to 5 years' experience in product marketing and content management.Able to establish effective relationships with business stakeholders.Strong independent decision-making skills.
