The Global Marketing Manager will be part of the Global Marketing team and will lead the global strategy, innovation and global toolkits including communication assets. KEY RESPONSABILITIESGlobal Brand strategy:
- Elaboration of 3yr strategy and plans
- Based on strong country learningsDevelopment and management of new product launches
- Lead of ideation process
- Concept testing
- Product development in collaboration with innovation project managerDevelopment of activation toolkits and ATL/BTL guidelines
- Development of media brand playbook
- Development of communication campaigns and ecommerce assets
- Packaging development and/or updates driven by regulatory changes.Country performance tracking and recommendation
- Set of clear KPIs for success
- Strong performance tracking and analysis at category level (MS, financials, consumer response etc.)
- Post analysis, learnings, and recommendations.PROFILEMarketing and brand building expertiseIdeally 6-8 years experience in OTC / pharmaceutical industryProven success track record to deliver successful projects and like-for-like growthFluency in English is a must, proficiency in Spanish is an advantage, and any other European languages is a plusCOMPETENCIESBrand builder: understands key drivers of brand success and drives improvements.
