Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop and execute global marketing strategies, including growth and innovation plans, product lifecycle management, and capacity planning. Lead global launch and commercial planning for new products, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.Establish regular portfolio management analysis for the entire product and solutions offering, based on customer requirements and profitability.Elaborate and manage Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning processes for the entire portfolio, including go-to-market plans. Successfully manage business relationships with strategic vendors and key stakeholders like Regional Sales VPs and Global Marketing VPs.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Engage with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to gather insights and validate new customer-centric solutions. Plan and monitor the yearly budget to achieve defined goals. Contribute to design and validate new solutions that create value for the organization's portfolio.Stay informed on advancements in the medical device field to maintain competitive edge.Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Operations, Medical Scientific Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Finance to support business growth activities.Required ExperienceMore than 8 years of proven track record of marketing and field sales activities in different geographies, in the MedTech or Pharma business. Expertise in the hospital segment and surgical setting will be valued.Bachelor's degree in sciences, healthcare, or a related field is mandatory. Master's degree such as an MBA or similar is required. Proficient in English and Spanish languages. German language will be a plus.Strong organizational skills to ensure accomplishment of defined project milestones and budget and maximize outcomes with the assigned resources.Leadership qualities to guide and motivate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams towards achieving business objectives. Clear and effective communication skills for presenting business and marketing plans, collaboration opportunities and corporate strategies.Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multinational environment.
