Dxu-098 | Junior Campaign Specialist (German Speaker)

Role Overview: As a Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with a portfolio of new clients, helping them develop their first online advertising campaigns.
This is a target-driven role where you'll work towards individual goals while being part of a larger onboarding team, making a significant impact on your clients' businesses.
Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through phone consultations.
Act as a trusted consultant, onboarding customers and developing PPC campaigns.
Understand and address customers' needs and business objectives.
Drive increased ad spend, upselling, and long-term campaign sustainability.
Requirements: German (Native or C2) English (C1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and create compelling proposals.
What we offer: Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Salary: 24,310 euro gross/year + bonuses up to 4,290 euro gross/year.
Hybrid working model based in Barcelona.
Permanent contract.
