Job Description
You will report to the Global HRIS Manager and your missions will be: A) Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop change management strategiesCreate a roadmap for implementing changes an new strategies effectivelyB) Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the purpose, benefits, and impact of changes to employeesEngage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-inC) Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs Equip managers with the tools to lead their teams during the transitionsFoster a culture of continuous learning and adaptabilityD) Monitoring and Evaluation: Track progress and assess the effectiveness of change initiativesAdjust strategies as needed based on feedback and outcomesMeasure employee satisfaction and engagement Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in change management linked to digital transformation on HR topicsExperiences in implementing new HR strategies and developmentsKnowledge and experiences in HR branding and HR communicationProblem-solving, coaching and mentoring are some of your skills Additional Information What We Offer We provide a dynamic and stimulating international environment, which will stretch and develop your abilities and channel your skills and expertise with outstanding career development opportunities in one of the largest and most solid private companies in the world.
