Join Sanofi as Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be the Manager of Executive Recruiting and serve as a thought leader to senior leadership for all matters related to Executive Recruitment, including the execution of senior level searches.
This role is in the Chief Talent Office COE reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and is part of the TA Leadership team.
The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external and internal hiring (~24K Hires in FY22) into Sanofi. The Executive Recruitment team is responsible for hiring for our most senior leadership positions.
Main responsibilities: Shape the Executive Recruitment Strategy aligned with the Business and Talent Strategy.Build, lead, and manage the executive recruitment team (including the in-house executive talent scouting team) and have full accountability for all matters related to executive hiring.Own the operational roadmap and partner closely with the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team to ensure implementation globally.Act as a thought leader who will educate and empower the Executive Recruitment community, cascade global initiatives, and share best practices across regions.Partner with the Employer Branding team to create a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) relevant for executive talent.Work closely with Global and Business Unit Talent Management Heads to ensure that we have a holistic view of the best available internal and external executive talent.Lead a team that identifies emerging and diverse talent pools, develops leadership talent networks, and leverages world-class talent pipelines for conversion to executive level hires.Manage the relationship with and performance of the executive search agencies.Bring in a "data driven approach" and showcase ROI through impactful metrics.Contribute to the larger Global Talent Acquisition Agenda as part of the leadership team.About you You are a proven Executive Hiring leader who is comfortable getting "hands on." You have extensive experience in Executive Recruitment and in leading global teams. You have strong project management and organization skills and proven success in an "influence-based" working model. You have experience managing and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in an international matrix environment. You have a strong executive presence and act as a talent advisor. You have a bachelor's degree and are fluent in English.
